Project Description:
The Fashion Biz Fit Out on Vivian Street, in Wellington took a simple warehouse structure and transformed in into elegant showroom and office spaces with crisp clean lines, vast amounts of natural light and a feature staircase.

This project challenged the parameters within the New Zealand Building Code incorporating special design solutions from the consultancy team in order to optimise the available showroom space and create a mezzanine that is 70% of the building’s foot print.

The use of black trims and finishes on a neutral canvas with adaptable LED lighting solutions enables our client to perfectly present their commercial work-ware garments to their customers.
