Dave is a Director at Interact and takes great pride in going the extra mile for his clients. Dave has developed a diverse range of skills from his time working in New Zealand and the UK. With over 30 years’ experience Dave’s planning skills and attention to detail enables him to deliver a range of projects from Hazard Response Control Centres through to multi-floor office spaces. Dave enjoys the level of detailed thinking and coordination required in the earlier stages of the project to deliver the project from the concept plan right through to construction, fit out and client occupation.
ANDREW WATSON

Andrew is a Registered Architect at Interact and is highly focused on providing well developed solutions that satisfy the client’s requirements. Andrew is a NZIA registered architect and has also practiced in the UK and the Solomon Islands. With over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry, this knowledge and experience enables him deliver a range of projects including; residential alterations and new builds, commercial projects and also building remediation. Andrew’s experience and technical abilities also enables him to mentor our graduates and provide guidance on their pathway to registration.
LUKE PETTERSON
Associate
Registered Architect

Luke is an Associate and Registered Architect at Interact and has been part of our team since 2016. Luke demonstrates technical and co-ordination skills to produce documentation for the projects he is working on and has successfully delivered projects from concept stage through construction to client occupation. Luke enjoys the various stages of projects whether that be in the office designing and detailing projects or being on site liaising with client stakeholders, consultants and contractors observing the construction processes.
KAY WU
Architectural Technician
BAS 2013.
Kay is an Architectural Technician at Interact. Kay joined us in 2019, and employs her design and technical skills on all of the projects she is involved on. Prior to Interact Kay was working for a local structural engineering firm documenting their structural designs. This experience is evident in Kay’s understanding of structural systems, coordination and detail documentation. Kay enjoys working on a variety of projects within the office whether that be residential alterations or commercial builds.
Hemisha Jeram
Architectural Graduate

Hemisha joined Interact as an Architectural Graduate after recently completing her Master of Architecture (Prof) at Victoria University of Wellington. Hemisha has been assisting on a variety of projects since she started here including; building surveys and multi-residential projects. Hemisha is keen to learn the processes of the practice and the stages that each project goes through to further her knowledge in architecture.
Jacob coleman
Architectural Graduate
MArch (Prof) 2020, BAS 2018.
Jacob has recently joined us having gained experience in an architecture firm specialising in residential and multi-residential alterations and developments. Jacob has experience taking projects from concept design through to building consent approval as the lead consultant. Jacob is pursuing architectural registration and is keen to gain more experience in the commercial architecture space with a focus on construction observation and administration.
